What you’ll be doing:

Financial affairs:
1、Process the daily bank payment based on the final approvals, follow the bank transactions slip timely
2、Register the received payment invoices, transfer the bank slips together with the supporting documents to the bookkeepers
3、Assistant the billing confirmation collection from PM and issue the invoice and send to the customer and bookkeeper for recording
4、Support the information collection for the bookkeeper for month-end closing and reporting
5、Support the daily communications with all parties, like bank, bookkeeper, Tax, CPF and so on.
6、Responsible for audit of reimbursement documents

1、Responsible for Posting recruitment ads
2、Assist with Employee On boarding such as preparation of office equipment, stationery, and software and gift purchases for employees
3、Apply for the foreign work permit or other HR work needs

Administrative Duties:
1、Making arrangements for both travel and business meetings
2、Ensure basic office supplies are in place such as stationery, IT equipment, safety PPE etc.
3、Responsible for other matters requiring external communication.


Ideal candidate’s Qualifications:

1、Have experience in dealing with communication with all kinds business partners during the work

2、A team player willing to be hands on in a dynamic and fast paced environment

3、Good communication and work plan skills

4、Familiarity with local policies

5、Can use both English and Mandarin in reading and writing is a plus
